Return Eligibility: To ensure the purity of our products for all customers, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

We only accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

1. The product received is damaged or defective (e.g., torn packaging).
2. The product received is incorrect (you received Neem instead of Amla).

How to Request a Return/Refund:

1. Unboxing Video: We highly recommend taking a quick unboxing video when your package arrives.
2. Contact Us: Email us at support@prakaritiratan.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a free reverse pickup. Upon receiving the item in its original, unopened condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement within 3-5 business days.
